You cannot change your existing DS-160 however, if there are any changes to be made in the DS-160, here is what you can do:

1. Fill out a new DS-160.

3. They will update your application with the new DS-160.

You may qualify for an interview waiver if you are renewing a visa in the same category and the previous visa expired within the last 12 months.
